At Konover Construction, we know that everything we build touches someone's life - and we are committed to building excellence into all that we do. The strength and continued success of our company comes from this commitment, which is reflected in our safety record, our sustainable design initiatives, our merit shop philosophy, and our spirit of community support.
Safety is our job site priority: KCC has always made safety the top priority on our project sites. In fact, the federal and local OSHA organizations have invited us to participate in a two-year Safety Training Alliance focused on improving safety in our industry.
Our Merit Shop Philosophy: We take pride in our reputation as one of the largest and most successful merit shop contractors in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. We believe the merit shop approach makes the most sense for our company and our clients.
Building a greener world: KCC actively embraces green building initiatives, and we are committed to doing our part in protecting the environment.
Our Code of Conduct: We follow a code of conduct that is founded on respect for our employees, clients, subcontractors and vendors, our environment, and the towns, cities, and states where we do business.
Our community, our neighborhood: Through the hands and hearts of our employees, and the leadership example set by our founder Simon Konover, we donate our time and financial support to a variety of non-profit organizations. We work to actively participate at the local level and to support causes that enhance the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
