Konover Construction Projects

Konover Construction is committed to environmentally sensitive and LEED-certified facilities. Our four in-house LEED Accredited Professionals are individually assigned and closely involved on all sustainable design projects to guide the preconstruction and procurement effort.

The following are recent and current Konover Construction projects that incorporate environmentally conscious design and construction methods and approaches. For those projects pursuing formal LEED certification, Konover Construction has worked closely with the owner and design team to identify opportunities for LEED points, and to ensure that the design and construction methodology comply with certification criteria. We are very proud of the fact that our design/build residence hall at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury - Centennial Hall and Parking Garage - is the state’s first public school building project to receive formal LEED Certification.
