At Konover Construction, we support our associates through ongoing opportunities to enrich each individual’s skills. At “Konover University”, associates attend classes taught by management team members and trainers from other organizations. Topics covered are construction-specific, as well as management and business related.

Our associates also have the opportunity to attend outside training classes and seminars through various schools and agencies.  In addition, we provide tuition reimbursement for associates attending courses of study at accredited schools.
