Michael Kolakowski, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mike establishes and implements corporate policy, procedures, and organizational structure, with a keen eye toward exceptional staffing. With a BS in Construction Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and more than 20 years’ experience in construction management, Mike is the hands-on manager and strategic planner for the company. Daniel P. Hannon, Executive Vice President
Dan leads our Columbia, Maryland office, with its staff of more than 40. He comes from a strong construction background in the hospitality industry, and has earned multiple degrees ranging from Business Administration to Construction Management Technology. Under Dan’s strong leadership, our Maryland operations have grown into a major construction force in the Mid-Atlantic market. (Joined Konover in 1999)

Eric Brown, Senior Vice President of Operations
Eric leads our construction management teams. He sets divisional policies, procedures, and structure to support both field and office personnel in technical and administrative operations. Eric also negotiates contract business terms and monitors the financial results. He graduated with honors from Babson College. (Joined Konover in 1991)

Simon F. Etzel, Jr., Senior Vice President of Procurement
Business development, estimating, and pre-construction services fall under Simon's umbrella. He develops conceptual, schematic, and construction estimates and schedules, and has outstanding success in assembling and managing design-build teams. Simon earned a BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College. He has won an abundance of jobs for us in the educational, governmental, health care, assisted living, retail, and hospitality markets. (Joined Konover in 1987)

R. Thomas Rousseau, Vice President of Business Development
Tom has over 30 years of experience spanning many disciplines within the construction industry. He spearheads and directs the strategic alliances, guides the business development team toward securing business opportunities, and assists in strategic planning for Konover Construction Corporation. Ron Wuennemann, Chief Financial Officer
Ron is responsible for all aspects of the company's accounting and financial functions. Ron has over twenty years of experience in business and financial management roles in the high-tech, manufacturing, services and construction industries. Prior to joining Konover Construction, he was CFO for one of the largest heavy/highway contractors in Massachusetts, where he was an active member of Construction Industries of Massachusetts. He received his B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Bentley College. (Joined Konover in 2001)
